Okay so I have failed at just about every single one of my New Year resolutions so far, but getting fit in 2016 is still high on my agenda and one resolution that I really want achieve this year.
With my first fitness classes of 2016 starting this week and a hard core gym session booked in with my super fit husband, the first thing that enters my head is “what am I going to wear?!”
Obviously Nike and Adidas do some really good gym wear, and I am serious about the gym, but there is no way I am going to spend £35 on 1 pair of leggings for the gym.
So I hit the high street to find the best gym attire all of which is currently in my bag……
(New Look have got some really cool gym wear in at the moment, at such good prices)
And finally here’s what I will hopefully be wearing to the gym one day….
- The trainers are a little on the expensive side but all of these will look just as nice outside of the gym.
- Its worth going up one size in leggings as there is nothing worse then see-through leggings, never the impression you want to give in or out of the gym!
- For towels, sports socks, water bottles and other gym accessories I definitely recommend going to Primark as they are just as good quality at a fraction of the price.
- Sports Bras…you cant beat Marks and Spencer’s for a good bra can you….
I’m also jumping on the “Body Coach” bandwagon and getting Lean In 15:

I’ll let you know how I get on and finally remember…..
